How did you learn about CrossFit Warehouse? Coach Craig
How has CrossFit Warehouse changed your life, lifestyle, and level of fitness? Its taught me how to step out of my comfort zone, embrace intensity and give me a better understanding of what fitness means.
List short/long term goals you would like to accomplish through CrossFit Warehouse: Some of my goals would be able to do a full rope climb up and DOWN..lol.
I would love one day to do most of the workouts RX and not scaled and would really want to participate in a competition one day.
What do you like most about CrossFit Warehouse? I love the community and the positive vibes it has. I have met so many like minded people who now I consider my friends. I really like the coaches and how they are always pushing me to be the best I can be.
What is your favorite CrossFit movement? I have a few movements I really like Deadlifts, Wallballs, all types of Squats, Bench press, GHD sit-ups, and ketlebellls swings.
What is your least favorite CrossFit movement? I HATE burpees!!!!!! I don’t like the bike either or running!!!
What movements would make up your Favorite WOD? It would have a 21-15-9 of wallballs, deadlifts and kettlebell swings with some kind of ab movement included.
What does your nutrition look like? I try to eat clean most of the time but temptation sometimes gets the best of me.
Favorite movie: I love the movie Elf and any movie Will Ferrell is in.
Favorite music artist/band: I love all kinds music, every genres. I don’t have a favorite artist or song so it’s kind of hard to pick. BUT if I had to really pick at this time Luke Bryan is my favorite.
Favorite song to work out to: Depending on what the WOD is I like to have some kind of rap in the background. If it’s a high cardio workout and if it’s a heavy lifting I like to listen to Alternative/metal. That angry stuff..lol
Achievements you’d like to highlight within your life: I would say my biggest achievement was being single mother while working full time and going to school.
List a few things we don’t know about you: I love to help people. I always wanted to be a nurse. I started school and after a semester I realized me and blood don’t mix very well.
In 10 words or less, what does CF mean to you? Perfect balance between work and fun.
What advice would you give to someone looking to join CrossFit for the first time? I would tell them that you can’t judge a book by its cover. I would say to give it a chance and try at least one class to see how it is. Switching to CF was the best decision I made because I feel much better physically and have become a more well-rounded athlete.
