How did you learn about CrossFit Warehouse?
My best friend Chris introduced me to Crossfit Warehouse and I decided to move from a Crossfit In Pilsen to join Crossfit Warehouse.
How has CrossFit Warehouse changed your life, lifestyle, and level of fitness?
Life: When joining Crossfit Warehouse you become part of a bigger Family/Community. I was introduced to a lot of great Coaches and athletes that push themselves and everyone.
Lifestyle: Working out at Crossfit Warehouse is very exciting. It is something I look forward to after getting out of work.
Level of fitness: I’m happy I have made progress in lots of movements thanks to a lot of the coaching staff who have been very patient with me. But I feel like there is still a lot of work to be done and I am barely scratching the surface on the type of athlete I want to become.
List short/long term goals you would like to accomplish through CrossFit Warehouse:
Short Term- There are a few movements that are my list this year that I have yet to dominate Double Unders, and Handstand Pushups, Muscle Ups
Long Term Goals- Master all Crossfit Movements
What do you like most about CrossFit Warehouse?
The community, the coaches and athletes give lots of encouragement when you push yourself in these workouts.
What is your favorite CrossFit movement? Pushups.
What is your least favorite CrossFit movement? Overhead Squat.
What movements would make up your Favorite WOD?
Pushups, Pullups, Deadlifts, and Kettlebell Swings.
What are you currently doing to try to improve your diet?
Mon-Friday I maintain a 200 gram protein Diet under 2700 calories. I eat 8 eggs every Morning and drink a few protein shakes. Sat and Sunday is where I am trying to improve and get a grasp of weekend hangouts and going to eat.

Favorite song to work out to: On BS- Drake ft 21 Savage
Achievements you’d like to highlight within your life:
#1 is the birth of my beautiful Daughter.
#2 is being able to maintain a good rhythm in my diet and exercise.
List a few things we don’t know about you:
I love cooking out especially tomahawks, ribeye steaks or skirt steak. I love playing basketball.
In 10 words or less, what does CF mean to you?
Programs and workouts that push you mentally and physically.
What advice would you give to someone looking to join Crossfit for the first time?
Baby step it, listen and learn the coaches at CrossFit warehouse want you to excel. The hardest part is showing up everyday. You may not be where you want to be but you are definitely better than when you started.
