How did you learn about CrossFit Warehouse?
I started to give crossfit some thought when I would drive by CFW on my way to coach gymnastics at the Oak Lawn Racquet and Fitness Center. I had family, younger cousins, who did crossfit to stay conditioned for sports. After asking my cousins about crossfit and looking into it myself when quarantined during COVID, I decided it was for me. I looked CFW up through social media, loved what I saw of the facility through pictures, and signed up for my on-ramp sessions online! How has CrossFit Warehouse changed your life, lifestyle, and level of fitness?
CFW and crossfit itself continues to teach me to be more patient with myself, to focus on my personal growth, and to stop comparing myself to others. Being involved in sport throughout my life, I’m bothered when I’m not able to do something (yet). I’m still working on adjusting my attitude and celebrating small victories.List short/long term goals you would like to accomplish through CrossFit Warehouse:
