What is CFW Bootcamp?

Our Bootcamp classes are a type of group physical training program performed at a relatively High Intensity Level.  It is designed to build strength and fitness through a variety of types of exercises including  but not limited to running, assault bikes, rowing, plyometrics, calisthenics, weight training and much much more.

What you can expect from our Bootcamp Classes:

Our classes are 1 hour long and consist of a group warm-up followed by a 30-40 minute team workout led by a Certified Trainer. You will do push-ups, squats, lunges, sit-ups, shuttle sprints, wallballs, pull-ups, rowing, kettlebells, etc.

You will be challenged each and every workout but don’t worry our workouts are designed so that even any beginner can jump right into class after their 1st intro class.  You will have FUN while getting FIT as we have a great and welcoming Bootcamp Community!

When are classes?

Monday-Friday @ 5:00 PM and Saturdays @ 9:00 AM

If you are new to any fitness program we require a 1 Hour Intro to Bootcamp Class scheduled with one of our Trainers ($70).  During your session you will learn the basic movements in order to successfully complete a Bootcamp class.  Once you have completed this session you can choose one of our membership options.
