How did you learn about CrossFit Warehouse?
Through a friend that used to have a friend that worked out here.
How has CrossFit Warehouse changed your life, lifestyle, and level of fitness?
CrossFit Warehouse has given me the confidence to workout with other people and not be ashamed of myself for not being at the same level of fitness as other people. It’s taught me to just be ok with myself and where I am at, at that moment.
List short/long term goals you would like to accomplish through CrossFit Warehouse:
Short term goal: Get my first pull-up.
Long term goal: Get better at all the things that challenge me the most.
What do you like most about CrossFit Warehouse?
The community! Hands down, we have some of the best people! So kind, helpful and welcoming! Everyone is so supportive of each other and that is the one thing that makes people come back everyday! I know it was for me.
What is your favorite CrossFit movement?
The squat snatch!😬 So technical and can be so frustrating but when I get it…there’s no better feeling for me!
What is your least favorite CrossFit movement?
Them damn burpees!!!😒 They kill the vibe for me in a wod because I die a little with every burpee..Lbvs!
What movements would make up your Favorite WOD?
All Olympic lifting moves …and maybe some rowing 🤣😂 just because you have to have some cardio??🤷🏽♀️
What are you currently doing to try to improve your diet?
Trying to eat more veggies with each meal. Currently I’m trying to gain muscle, so I’m eating more protein, so I’ve been neglecting the veggies. Oh and I’m trying to limit my chocolate intake! I am a chocolate fan, unfortunately.
I’m definitely a horror movie junkie. My favorite is Michael Meyers the Rob Zombie re-make. I think it came out 2009 ish.
Favorite music artist/band?
I really don’t have a favorite. I like so many different genres and have a fav from all of them.
Favorite song to work out to?
Well when I work out, I turn into some sort of wanna be gangster for sure .😜 I’m definitely a rap music type girl when I workout alone 😬
Achievements you’d like to highlight within your life?
My boys.They are my greatest achievements and are the reasons I do anything in this life.
List a few things we don’t know about you:
I love to sing. Like at one point, I wanted to take lessons. I’m not going to say I’m amazing at it but I’m not bad. It’s my fear of singing in front of people is why I never went through with it. But yea, I sing in the car…a lot! Lol

It is truly my happy place ❤️
What advice would you give to someone looking to join CrossFit for the first time?
Do not be intimidated by the workouts. Give it a real try and just keep going. I promise you, it will change your life and the way you feel about yourself!
