How did you get into fitness and or CrossFit?
I found myself at a point in my life where I realized I needed a change in my workout regime.  The gym I had spent years at was no longer the right fit for me.  The personal recommendation of a friend along with several great reviews sent me in the direction of CrossFit Warehouse.

How long have you been doing CrossFit?
I have been committed to the CrossFit lifestyle for two years now.

What made you want to become a CrossFit Trainer?
Not only have I benefited from the workouts, but from the CF community as well.  My life has changed in positive ways because of this commitment and I want to share that with others, and hopefully help more people in the quest to become their best selves.

What are some of the things you are most proud of accomplishing in and outside the gym?
My most important achievement inside the gym to date has been the completion of my CrossFit Level 1 — just one step on the journey.  My greatest accomplishment, however, has been raising three children together with my wife in a loving and supportive home.  The success of our partnership now allows us to enjoy the milestones achieved by all three, travel more extensively, and continue to care for ourselves in the best possible ways.

What are some of your goals you have yet to accomplish but hope to someday?
My wife wears many hats and one of them is that she is a yoga teacher. My goal, and dream for our future, is to open a crossfit and yoga studio together in the Gulf Coast area.

What CrossFit movements would make up your favorite WOD?
My favorite movements include dumbbell snatches, overhead squats, and double-unders.

What is your favorite music or favorite song to listen to while doing a WOD?
Favorite song, Bleed it out by Lincoln Park.
