Our CrossFit Kids program is led by our CrossFit Kids Certified Coach Veronica Romero.  Our program is an exciting and fun way for kids to exercise and learn healthy lifestyle habits.  We  provide a safe and fun environment for all ability and experience levels. This is NOT just a weightlifting class for kids, this is an actual CrossFit program where your child will be exposed to a variety of movements.  Our focus is on good movement, having fun, teamwork, and confidence building. The program is based primarily on drills, games, bodyweight exercises, running, and introduces the basics of SAFE weight training. SPOTS ARE LIMITED TO 12* SO RESERVE YOUR SPOT NOW!

CrossFit Kids (ages 5-11)

Your kids will learn and practice functional movements involving exercises that are fundamental to all things that kids need to do when they play. They will participate in fun and engaging workouts that deliver measurable results and prepare them to be well-rounded athletes. They will pull, push, run, throw, climb, lift, and jump. Our program is designed to  instill confidence, and learn the value of leadership and teamwork. 

We provide an environment that celebrates the abilities and successes of every child, at every ability level, and of every body type.  We want to help build the confidence in every child we meet to be comfortable in his/her own skin and help them understand that their bodies are capable of amazing things.

NO CONTRACTS (Month to Month)

Every Tuesday & Thursday from 4:30 - 5:30PM

Current Unlimited Members: $79 Per Month

CrossFit Teens (ages 12-17)

This class is structured similar to the Kids classes as it will introduce teens to the correct foundation movements. The class will begin teaching some different lifts, starting with a PVC bar and moving up in weight slowly based on how well they perform the movement. We have several different levels of athlete in the teens class and we will scale their workouts accordingly to help teach them the proper movement and also prevent injury.

Our goal for kids and teens is not to create the best CrossFit athlete. We want to use CrossFit to help get (or keep) the kids/teens conditioned to help them excel at the other activities they might participate in through recreational, travel teams or school. We encourage our kids and teens to try new things and have fun!
