How did you learn about CrossFit Warehouse?
Veronica & I were friends from an old gym we attended, she recommended I visit and after trying one class I was hooked!
How has CrossFit Warehouse changed your life, lifestyle, and level of fitness?
CFW has helped me become a healthier and fitter version of myself, It definitely helps me stay structured and has made me realize that I love to stay active. Simply, can’t imagine my life without it.
List short/long term goals you would like to accomplish through CrossFit Warehouse
Short term: I hope to be a better version of myself than I was yesterday. Finally getting a pull-up wouldn’t hurt either 🙂
Long term: the goal is to enjoy CF for as long as I physically can & help anyone I can to enjoy it too.
What do you like most about CrossFit Warehouse?
We have an awesome community, I have made some of my best friends at CFW and when I say it is the best hour of my day, it has a lot to do with the motivation and support everyone at the gym brings with them to make it the best hour of their day too.

What are you currently doing to try to improve your diet?
Trying to improve how I view clean-eating from being “restricting” to “enabling” – focusing it more around my training.

I know it looks intimidating right now, but I felt the same way. Jump in and stay consistent – everyone is there to help!
