What do you like most about CrossFit Warehouse? There are many things (Coaches, members, location, etc.) that I like about CrossFit Warehouse but if I had to select just one, I’d have to say that it’s the motivation that I get while I’m at CrossFit Warehouse. The coaches and members are the two most important variables that CrossFit Warehouse has to offer. They daily motivate you not only to work out but to give it your 100% effort. The knowledge and know how that the coaches have is second to none.

Favorite song to work out to: Anything that is upbeat.
Achievements you’d like to highlight within your life: The only achievement worth mentioning in my life is my family. I have a great and beautiful wife (Nancy) and 3 great kids (Diego – 18, Mateo – 15 & Camila – 13). I’m a lucky and blessed guy…
List a few things we don’t know about you: I’m a picky eater, don’t like many common condiments/foods (tomatoes, sour cream, guacamole, onions). I lived in Madrid Spain for a semester during my junior year in college, almost failed all the classes I was taking in Spain because I missed too many classes due to me traveling Europe.
In 10 words or less, what does CF mean to you? Fitness, Community, Accountability, Empowerment, but also sore & aching body parts.
What advice would you give to someone looking to join Crossfit for the first time? Although it may seem difficult, intimidating and complex at the beginning, CrossFit is for everyone. All the exercises can be scaled, and everyone is super encouraging and nonjudgmental. Just like anything that is worth doing, it will be challenging but doable.
