How did you learn about CrossFit Warehouse? Googled and visited a few gyms to see which would be the best fit. After speaking with Ray and meeting a few members I felt like this was the right place for me!How has CrossFit Warehouse changed your life, lifestyle, and level of fitness? Even though I am still working on continuing to lose more weight, I already see a major change in my energy and mobility. I have been able to move furniture around with more ease, go on longer walks with my dog without feeling exhausted, and has helped me regulate my sleep schedule to sleep earlier after tough evening workouts.
List short/long term goals you would like to accomplish through CrossFit Warehouse: Short term goals (3-6 months) would like to lose another 20-30 lbs and gain more muscle. Also do box jump and pull up! Long term (+12 months) Do a half Ironman, rope climb, and handstand push up!
What do you like most about CrossFit Warehouse? The people, great support system and everyone cheers each other on to run their own race!
What is your favorite CrossFit movement? Tie between bench press and deadlift
What is your least favorite CrossFit movement? Burpees
What movements would make up your Favorite WOD? Russian Kettlebell Swings, push ups, calorie Bike, air squats, and barbell push press
What are you currently doing to try to improve your diet? Focusing to cook more meals at home instead of eating out. Also adding more veggies to my meals.

Achievements you’d like to highlight within your life: Have completed 6 Marathons and 2 Olympic Triathlons
List a few things we don’t know about you: On occasion I enjoy playing video games and watching anime series. Casual sports better and casually play Texas Hold’em also have won a small poker tournament in Las Vegas.

What advice would you give to someone looking to join Crossfit for the first time? Make the jump! Everyone is so easy to talk to and will welcome you with open arms. Regardless of your skill level there are always modifications to get the work in all you need to is show up!
