How did you learn about CrossFit Warehouse?
Heard about warehouse from my friend Jocelyn. I did a few drop ins with her and just loved the coaches and the atmosphere!
How has CrossFit Warehouse changed your life, lifestyle, and level of fitness?
Crossfit has had a huge impact on my life. I not only feel better about myself, but I have also made some really good friends! I also, am in better shape now, then when I was in college. Making crossfit apart of my daily routine helps me make healthier life choices. I focus on eating healthy and getting 7-8 hours of sleep.
List short/long term goals you would like to accomplish through CrossFit Warehouse: Short term goals.. I have a lot! But overall I would like to be more proficient at kipping pull ups, learning how to handstand walk and do ring muscle ups and just being consistent with good form. Long term goal.. would love to be able to compete in the crossfit games when I am in my 70s!
What do you like most about CrossFit Warehouse?
The support from everyone! I signed up to run a marathon and didn’t think I could do it. I was talking to Ross and Veronica and they said they were running it to. So all summer they trained with me and got me through it! Kelly also ran with me during the week and Im a better runner because of her. There were so many people who helped encourage and motivate me along the way and I am so grateful for that. I don’t think I would have ran it without everyone’s support! So thank you crossfit family!!!
What is your favorite CrossFit movement?
I love gymnastic movements! I love the rig.. its like an adult playground for me!
What is your least favorite CrossFit movement? The snatch… eww
What movements would make up your Favorite WOD?
T2B or pull ups, burpees, push press
What are you currently doing to try to improve your diet?
Trying to eat three balanced meals a day! And healthy snacks in between. I try to make sure that I have a protein, starch/carb and vegetables!

I don’t listen to music when I workout! I know, I am weird! So its usually whatever my lifting buddy has playing.
Achievements you’d like to highlight within your life:
Graduating from the University of Illinois and running a marathon!
List a few things we don’t know about you:
I used to participate in French and Indian reenactment fairs and renaissance fairs.

Feeling good about yourself and what you can accomplish
What advice would you give to someone looking to join CrossFit for the first time?
Definitely give it a try! I know It looks a little intimidating and you don’t think you will be able to do the movements, but you will! You just need to show up and you will have the support and motivation!
