How did you learn about CrossFit Warehouse? Coach Ray
How has CrossFit Warehouse changed your life, lifestyle, and level of fitness? Overall ever since I have started CrossFit I have been a lot more active and I have improved my level of strength. I also have gained a lot of self confidence.
List short/long term goals you would like to accomplish through CrossFit Warehouse: I would love to get my rope climb down and eventually run a half marathon with my mom, just like Coach Veronica and Julian.
What do you like most about CrossFit Warehouse? I love being part of the CFW family
What is your favorite CrossFit movement? My favorite CrossFit are deadlifts
What is your least favorite CrossFit movement? I highly dislike front squats
What movements would make up your Favorite WOD? My dream WOD would consist of jump roping, running, the assault bike, and deadlifts.
What does your nutrition look like? My nutrition consists of oat meal and home cooked Mexican food.
Favorite movie: My favorite movie is Coco
Favorite music artist/band: love to listen to Lewis Capaldi

Achievements you’d like to highlight within your life: I became a CFW member. I ran 2 5k’s and have gotten student of the month.
List a few things we don’t know about you: I have a pet snake named Bella. I’m a very good baker. I enjoy helping my mom clean and help around the house chores.

What advice would you give to someone looking to join CrossFit for the first time? Never say “I Can’t”. Always come in with a positive attitude.
