OUR CLASSES

CrossFit
A form of high intensity interval training, CrossFit is a strength and conditioning workout that is made up of functional movement performed at a high intensity level. These movements are actions that you perform in your day-to-day life, like squatting, pulling, pushing etc.
CrossFit Teens
This class is structured similar to the Kids classes as it will introduce teens to the correct foundational movements. The class will begin teaching some different lifts, starting with a PVC bar and moving up in weight slowly based on how well they perform the movement. We have several different levels of athlete in the teens class and we will scale their workouts accordingly to help teach them the proper movement and also prevent injury. Our goal for kids and teens is not to create the best CrossFit athlete. We want to use CrossFit to help get (or keep) the kids/teens conditioned to help them excel at the other activities they might participate in through recreational, travel teams or school. We encourage our kids and teens to try new things and have fun!
Barbell
What is CFW Barbell? Our Barbell Club program is a great supplement to your functional fitness training or for people just looking to improve their strength and explosiveness. What to expect in a class In each class we will work on a specific part of the snatch, clean, and jerk and the common problems most people may face during the lifts. One or more corrective exercises will be performed each class to help remedy problems with strength, timing, movement and conceptualization. The class work will be progressive, covering exercises from a top down bottom up approach, every week we will alternate what exercises we are working on. If you need help with hip extension, utilizing the legs, posture, bar path, footwork, the receiving position ,etc., this class is for you. The 8 Week Barbell Intermediate Class is lead by USAW Certified, Coach Ray!
Run Club
If you are a novice runner looking to step up your solo runs with group accountability, this class is for you. Our goal is to run a strong half marathon as well as build endurance and speed for our WODs.
1 on 1 Personal Training
There are several options available for personal, one-on-one training. At CrossFit Warehouse we realize that some of you may prefer to train one on one or that you may have very specialized athletic, job or event related goals. Maybe you are looking for some additional help on a specific skill outside of regular classes, we can help you. If this fits, then we have many options to meet your needs. OnRamp

This includes 3 1:1 personal training sessions to introduce you to the 9 foundational movements of CrossFit, our philosophy and CrossFit Prescription. This will help you become comfortable and confident with these movements before you are unleashed into our regular classes. The cost of these 3 1:1 classes is $210.
