How did you learn about CrossFit Warehouse?
I always knew about CrossFit and was a fan of the CrossFit games for years but never really looked into joining a box. After years of going to standard gyms my fiance and I wanted to find somewhere that would really challenge us and force us to be outside our comfort zone and that’s when we found CrossFit Warehouse and haven’t regretted one second of it (except maybe during filthy fifty)
How has CrossFit Warehouse changed your life, lifestyle, and level of fitness?
I am in the best shape I’ve been in since high school, It’s helped motivate me in my eating habits and I am definitely more conscious of what I eat and drink now.
List short/long term goals you would like to accomplish through CrossFit Warehouse?
Long Term – Just living a healthy life and enjoying being active.
Short Term – Ring Muscle ups and Handstand Walks!
What do you like most about CrossFit Warehouse?
By far it has to be the people here, Sarah and I always joke around that we came for the WODs but stayed for the amazing people we’ve met!
What is your favorite CrossFit movement?
Clean and Jerk
What is your least favorite CrossFit movement?
NONE, but if i had to choose, maybe overhead squats
What movements would make up your Favorite WOD
Squat Cleans, Pull ups and Assault bikes!
What are you currently doing to try to improve your diet?
I am officially Paleo, I love how it’s more of a lifestyle change than a quick fix diet
Favorite movie: Breakfast Club and Casablanca, it’s a tie
Favorite and/or current book: The Complete Sherlock Holmes

Favorite music/song to workout to: Victory by Two Steps From Hell
Achievements you’d like to highlight within your life: I recently got engaged

-Dwayne Wade went to my high school and me and my friend played basketball with him just us 3 in the gym.
-I can quote the Breakfast Club line by line while watching it (Sarah refuses to watch it with me now)

Pushing myself to be better, getting comfortable being uncomfortable
What advice would you give to someone looking to join Crossfit for the first time?
Don’t be intimidated and have fun! the most difficult WODs are the most fun!
