HOW DID YOU LEARN ABOUT CFW?
I didn’t know too much of CrossFit at first. I had my traditional gym but started getting bored and no motivation. I was looking for something new. Member/friend Carlos Vazquez recommended me to try CFW. I started following CFW on IG, loved what I saw and went in person to register. Haven’t regretted it since!
HOW HAS CFW CHANGED YOUR LIFE, LIFESTYLE and LEVEL OF FITNESS?
I have met some many amazing people who continue to inspire me and motivate me everyday. CFW has helped me gain confidence, and made me stronger- physically, mentally, and emotionally.

The whole community is amazing. I especially like how the coaches hold me accountable and push me.

Burpees (even though I hate them in the workout)

Over head squats.

Burpess, Rower, Snatches, Deadlifts
WHAT ARE YOU CURRENTLY DOING TO TRY TO IMPROVE YOUR NUTRITION?
I joined the CFW nutrition program. It has thought me make better food choices for me and my family. I have seen a difference in my mood , energy and performance.
