S4L IS A SPECIALLY DESIGNED FITNESS AND STRENGTH PROGRAM FOR OLDER ADULTS WITH THE GOAL TO MAINTAIN A HIGH QUALITY OF LIFE. S4L INSTRUCTORS ADAPT EACH EXERCISE BASED ON THE SKILL AND FITNESS LEVEL OF THE INDIVIDUAL.
