1 ALL FITNESS LEVELS ARE WELCOME.

CrossFit is known for its scalability in order to accommodate all fitness levels. In our CrossFit classes you find people with amazing athletic abilities, those that are pushing it weekly to achieve a personal goal, as well as people who are working on trying to get off of the couch and shed some pounds. At CrossFit Warehouse, ALL of those people are athletes. Every movement and every workout can be scaled to individual fitness levels.

2 GROUP TRAINING WILL HOLD YOU ACCOUNTABLE.

When you work in a group, you have more people holding you accountable and more people counting on you to show up. Even when you’re having a low day, group energy can provide the pick-me-up you need to get motivated. We also ask our athletes to sign up for classes. This is another way to keep you on track with regular workouts.

3 CROSSFIT WORKOUTS ARE CONSTANTLY VARIED.

Are you the type of person that switches from using machines at the gym, then enrolling in a spin class, possibly trying out yoga, or on to the latest type of workout? CrossFit is definitely for you! The workouts are never the same. There are a large variety of strength, cardio, and flexibility exercises to draw upon with thousands of combinations, so no two workouts are ever alike. Even the “top” athletes at our gym have exercises that they are working on perfecting. You won’t be bored because there is always something to hold your interest.

4 OUR SPACE IS INVITING.

Yes, we are in a warehouse, but that means no mirrors or machines, just the necessary equipment to get in a great workout. CrossFit Warehouse is the closest CrossFit gym just outside of the city limits, located in the south suburbs of Chicago. Our space is in Alsip in a quiet industrial area, which allows us; weather permitting, to also work outside many months of the year.

5 THE COMMUNITY OF PEOPLE WILL KEEP YOU COMING BACK.

Most of our newer members comment on how friendly the members of CrossFit Warehouse really are. Our members remember that beginning CrossFit can be intimidating; they are always there to help cheer, motivate, and lend some advice. The workouts are not easy, but the motivation of the group will help push you beyond what you thought possible.
