How did you learn about CrossFit Warehouse? My daughter Veronica of course. She’s the owner.
How has CrossFit Warehouse changed your life, lifestyle, and level of fitness? It has helped me tremendously. When I first started the Strong for Life class I thought I was doing okay but I soon realized I was far from a good level of fitness. It has definitely made me stronger and confident.
List short/long term goals you would like to accomplish through CrossFit Warehouse: Short term I would like to do a burpee without hating it. Long term I would like to be able to do a WOD with my daughter!
What do you like most about CrossFit Warehouse? The people.
What is your favorite CrossFit movement? I’m sorry to say but I have none.
What is your least favorite CrossFit movement? Burpee’s
What movements would make up your Favorite WOD? Step ups, dumb bell presses, kick backs and a margarita to go with it.
What are you currently doing to try to improve your diet? I try to eat a little more on the healthy side but I know I could do better.

Achievements you’d like to highlight within your life: Having a such a beautiful daughter and a handsome grandson & son-in-law.

I was a pretty good athlete in my younger days. I went for classes in acrobats, played competitive volleyball in grade school and high school .
In 10 words or less, what does CF mean to you? It’s a way of life that keeps me going.
What advice would you give to someone looking to join Crossfit for the first time? To go for it. You won’t regret it.
