My best friend Mike Fitzpatrick used to work out here so I joined to be closer to him!

Crossfit Warehouse has changed my lifestyle tremendously I love all the coaches and they hold me accountable to make me the best version of myself as possible

The people the coaches everybody’s so friendly and nice and welcoming

Trying to limit my pop tart intake to 3 a night!
