How did you learn about CrossFit Warehouse?
My uncle took me a CF gym for us to try together and I loved it immediately. After moving, I tried another gym closer to home for about 1 year but just didn’t feel like it was the place for me. I knew a couple coaches at CFW and after some encouraging words I finally made the leap.
How has CrossFit Warehouse changed your life, lifestyle, and level of fitness?
Literally has changed everything. My attitude is better. My outlook on life has improved. I am in the best shape of my life. My kids are more active. I’m more confident. Working out is now a part of my daily routine.
List short/long term goals you would like to accomplish through CrossFit Warehouse:
Short: half marathon in May. Long: full marathon in October 🙂
What do you like most about CrossFit Warehouse?
The coaches and the community. Everyone wants to see everyone win and that’s my favorite part. The biggest reason for me looking for a new gym was because I wanted to work out in a better environment. CFW definitely delivered.
What is your favorite CrossFit movement?
Back squats and dare I say overhead squats, but it’s true
What is your least favorite CrossFit movement?
What movements would make up your Favorite WOD?
Deadlifts, back squats, kettle bell swings
What are you currently doing to try to improve your diet?
Focusing on my gut health and avoiding my recently discovered food sensitivities

Achievements you’d like to highlight within your life:
My 3 beautiful kids of course. I have also consistently worked out at least 4-5x/week for the past 1.5 years. Coming from someone who used to always say “I NeVeR hAvE tHe TiMe”, this is a big achievement!
List a few things we don’t know about you:
I love to bake and read books. I hardly ever watch TV. My dream job is to open a bakery. I have lost 45lbs since having my last baby.

Pushing yourself out your comfort zone to see how amazing you are!
What advice would you give to someone looking to join Crossfit for the first time?
Just go!! . Everyone you see had their first day just like you. It will be one of the best decisions you will make yourself
