How did you learn about CrossFit Warehouse?
Back in 2018, my gym had shut down, so I went on a google search mission. I searched “best gyms around me”, and CrossFit Warehouse popped up. My husband and I decided to stop in one day and we fell in love! It became our home away from home.
How has CrossFit Warehouse changed your life, lifestyle, and level of fitness?
CrossFit taught me how to persevere and believe in myself. It made me stronger and gave me the ability
List short/long term goals you would like to accomplish through CrossFit Warehouse:
My short term goals: Be able to at least 10 double unders without stumbling. Kipping pull-upsGet stronger with toes to bar. Maybe, just maybe start having some positive feelings towards the assault bike. Long term goals: Stay healthy and not get injured so I could continue CrossFit without limitations. Master kipping swings
What do you like most about CrossFit Warehouse? I love the coaches that are always there to help and give advice, and of course, always pushing me to my greatest limits. This is what makes me look forward to coming in everyday!
The AMAZING community is incredible. The people that I interact with everyday inspire me and truly make me feel that we are a family rather than just people going in to workout and leave.
And adding to all of that, the workouts are awesome. Though I always complain, I truly appreciate each and every one of them because I know I accomplished yet another workout that tested my ability.

What are you currently doing to try to improve your diet?
I eat very clean. I stay away from junk and sugars. I eat three meals a day that include protein and fiber.

I don’t have a favorite, but once one of the coaches played an 80’s playlist that was very upbeat. Yes, I’m that old. What can I say? 🙂
Achievements you’d like to highlight within your life:
I recently defended my dissertation through Lewis University. I achieved my ultimate goal, Doctor of Education.
List a few things we don’t know about you:
I can cook any meal that I never cooked just by trying it.
I lived in Brazil for 10 years, so other than English and Arabic, I also speak Portuguese and Spanish
I have a great passion for space/moon. If I had one wish in life, it would be to go into space. I know, I’m crazy!
In 10 words or less, what does CF mean to you?
The days I’m not able to go, I feel lost.
What advice would you give to someone looking to join CrossFit for the first time?
Don’t think twice! Every workout could be tailored to your ability. It’s the best health investment that will truly give you results. You will love the community and the encouragement, and most of all you will love the dedicated coaches who are there to help and give you all the tools you need to reach your goals.
