How did you learn about CrossFit Warehouse? I read Google reviews…never see a gym rated as high as Crossfit Warehouse:FACT.

How has CrossFit Warehouse changed your life, lifestyle, and level of fitness? I’m more focused on what I eat and don’t eat, and it has gotten me to be active again in sports, hiking, and running!

List short/long term goals you would like to accomplish through CrossFit Warehouse: Short term achieved:  Routine of going to the gym is established, lost 30 lbs.  Long term:  drop another 15lbs & and rock kipping pull-ups. 

 What do you like most about CrossFit Warehouse? The Culture created by the coaches and the regulars.  That openess and approachable vibe kept me coming back.

What is your favorite CrossFit movement?  kipping pull-ups that I cannot do yet.  

What is your least favorite CrossFit movement?  Overhead squat, obviously  

What movements would make up your Favorite WOD?  400 meter run, max out pullups, pushups, repeat.  

What are you currently doing to try to improve your diet?  1 gallon of water daily, protein, don’t eat after 8pm.  

Favorite movie:  Palm Springs, watch it, thank me later.  

Favorite music artist/band:  Enjoy a good Jimmy Buffet song with a drink and the sun on my back.  

Favorite song to work out to:  anything LOUD.

Achievements you’d like to highlight within your life: 1)  MarioKart Champion of University of Illinois 2001 2.) Maker’s Mark Ambassador 

List a few things we don’t know about you:  I bake a cake every birthday of my kids and wife.  

In 10 words or less, what does CF mean to you? CF is an approach to goal setting and self accountability.  

What advice would you give to someone looking to join Crossfit for the first time? Don’t worry about what others think of your skill level or knowledge.  Effort and attitude win.
